Shipping policy
COUNTRIES WE SERVE AND DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver orders to customers throughout the European Union, plus Andorra, Switzerland, and Norway. We also ship to the USA and JAPAN.
At the moment, we do not deliver outside the countries mentioned, although we aim to do so in the near future.
We ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Andorra, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom (temporarily unavailable due to Brexit restrictions), Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Switzerland, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Czech Republic, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Luxembourg, and Malta.
Estimated delivery times (weekends included):
- Spain (mainland): 2–4 working days
- Balearic Islands: 3–5 working days
- Portugal: 3–4 working days
- Rest of the EU: 3–8 working days
- USA: 7–15 working days
- JAPAN: 7–15 working days
SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping for: SPAIN (mainland).
We do not charge shipping costs for size exchanges (limited to one exchange per order) or returns due to defective products.
Shipping costs for ANDORRA, BALEARIC ISLANDS, FRANCE, and PORTUGAL: €5 per shipment.
Shipping cost for the following countries: €15 per shipment
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden.
Shipments to non-EU countries listed above may be subject to additional charges (import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by local authorities), which must be covered by the buyer.
Shipping costs for SWITZERLAND, USA, CYPRUS, and MALTA: €60
Shipping costs for JAPAN: €100 per shipment
ORDER TRACKING
We work with the logistics operator SEUR in Spain and Portugal. For EU countries plus Andorra, Switzerland, and Norway, we work with its parent company DPD.
Once your order is validated by O’SUR – you will receive confirmation by email – and handed over to Seur/DPD, the company will send you a first message with the delivery date and time slot.
Later, Seur/DPD will send a second message notifying you that the order is out for delivery.
You can check the status of your order from "My Account". If the order has already been handed over to the logistics operator, you can track it by entering your order number at the following SEUR link:

DELIVERY INCIDENT MANAGEMENT
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.
If you are not located on the first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made, during which the courier will contact you in advance to agree on a delivery time or arrange pickup at the corresponding branch.
If delivery is not possible on the second attempt, your order will be held at SEUR/DPD offices for 10 days awaiting pickup, with prior notice. After this period, if the order is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse and O’SUR will send you an email explaining how the final delivery will be arranged.
Shipping costs in this case will be at your expense.
